Start date: Septemba 27, 2026. Wen you use Ministry Assistant (da "App") — on one phone, in one browser or through one local hui's links — you agree to dese terms.
1. Da App
Ministry Assistant stay one independent app fo help keep records about da preaching an organize da work of one local hui. Um no stay connected wit or approved by da Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society or any local hui. Codivine Sp. z o.o. stay da one who give um.
2. Account an encryption password
Some features (sync, frenz, local hui, da browser version) need one account. You stay responsible fo keep yoa account an encryption password safe. We no know dat password an no can get um back — witout da password or da recovery code, nobody can read da encrypted info.
3. Free features, subscriptions an donations
Da main features stay free. Da PRO subscription an da local hui plan cost money; you buy um through da App Store or Google Play an dey renew by demself till you cancel um in da store settings. Each person get one time 60 days free of da local hui plan. Wen da local hui plan expire, da local hui stay ony fo read. If one local hui stay wit no plan fo 12 months (6 months if um ony had da free time), um get delete wit da files — da owna an administrators get one notification 30 days befo, an if dey renew da plan um no get delete. Afta one local hui get handed ova to anodda owna, da plan keep renewing from da account dat wen buy um. Donations stay if you like an no give you extra rights.
4. Local hui
One local hui's owna an administrators decide who dey invite, wat permissions dey give an wat stuff (also about peopo who no mo da app) dey put in. Dey stay responsible fo get one good reason fo um an fo follow da law of dea country — sections dat no can keep can get turned off in da settings. Dey also decide wat can open in one browser through links an if peopo gotta sign in. Requests fo take ova, shift sign-ups an ansas to links change da local hui schedule; da person who send or accept um stay responsible fo wat stay inside.
5. Yoa kuleana
You stay responsible fo da info you put in fo be right an fo keep backups. We no stay responsible if you lose info cuz da device broke, you take off da App, you lose da encryption password or you no mo one backup.
6. How fo use um right
No misuse da App, no try get into systems or odda peopo's info witout permission, no mess up da service, an no use da App fo stuff against da law. We can stop or take off one account dat break dese rules.
7. Wen um work an changes
We try keep da App running witout stopping, but we no can promise. Features can change. We goin tell befo time about big changes to da features you pay fo.
8. Liability
Da App stay given as is. As much as da law allow, we no stay responsible fo indirect damages or fo wat happen from decisions made from da info in da App. Notting in dese terms limit da rights you get as one consumer.
9. Platform terms
