Rosters for cleaning, the garden, maintenance, the Memorial and the other congregation duties.

Step by step

   Congregation duties

   “Rosters” are for Kingdom Hall cleaning, the garden, maintenance, the Memorial and other duties.

   Start from a template

   Tap “New roster” and choose what you want to plan, for example “Kingdom Hall cleaning”.

3. 3

   Choose who take part

   Choose the lists of people who will take part, then let the app fill in a proposal or a rotation. You can still change every place.

4. 4

   Draft and publish

   A new roster stay a draft until you publish it. Then everybody see it and get a notification.

5. 5

   Mark as done

   Each person see their turn in “My assignments”, and the duty can be marked as done on the roster.
