Terms of Use
Effective date: September 27, 2026. When you use Ministry Assistant (the "App") — on a phone, inside a browser or through the links of a congregation — you agree to these terms.
1. The App
Ministry Assistant is independent helper app to keep records about the ministry and to organize the work of a congregation. It is not connected with the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society or any congregation and not approved by them. Codivine Sp. z o.o. provide it.
2. Account and encryption password
Some features (synchronization, friends, congregation, the version for browser) need an account. You are responsible to keep your account and encryption password safe. We not know that password and we can't get it back — without the password or the recovery code, nobody can read encrypted information.
3. Free features, subscriptions and donations
The main features are free. The PRO subscription and the congregation plan you must pay for; you buy them through the App Store or Google Play and they renew automatically until you cancel inside the store settings. Each person get one time 60-day free period of the congregation plan. When the congregation plan finish, the congregation become for reading only. If one congregation stay without plan for 12 months (6 months if it only get the free period), we delete it together with its files — we tell the owner and the administrators 30 days before, and when somebody renew the plan this stop. After one congregation pass to another owner, the plan continue to renew from the account da buy it. Donations are free will and not give any extra rights.
4. Congregation
The owner and the administrators of one congregation decide who they invite, which permissions they give and which content (including about people without the app) they put. They are responsible to have good reason for it and to obey the law of their country — sections da the law not allow to keep can be turn off inside the settings. They also decide wetin people can open inside a browser through links and if people must sign in. Requests for substitutes, sign-ups for shifts and answers to links change the schedule of the congregation; the person da send or accept them is responsible for their content.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the correct information da you put inside and for keeping backups. We are not responsible if you lose information because your device spoil, because you uninstall the App, because you lose the encryption password or because you not get backup.
6. How to use it right
Do not use the App in a bad way, do not try to enter systems or the information of other people without permission, do not disturb the service, and do not use the App for things da the law not allow. We can stop or remove one account da break these rules.
7. Availability and changes
We try to keep the App running without stopping, but we can't promise it. Features can change. We will announce big changes to paid features before the time.
8. Liability
We give the App as it is. As much as the law allow, we are not responsible for indirect damage or for the result of decisions da somebody make because of information inside the App. Nothing inside these terms take away the rights da you get as a customer.
9. Platform terms
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
