Territories

Territory cards with who hold them, giving out territories, records that publishers keep and the S-13 record.

The video is in English. The steps below tell the same thing in your language.

Step by step

  1. Territory cards

“Territories” show the territory cards with who hold each one and since when. Publishers see their own cards and the cards of their group.

  2. Add territories

Import maps from a KML, KMZ or GeoJSON file, or a list from a spreadsheet, or add the territories one by one.

  3. Open a card

A card show the territory on the map, who hold it, the dates and the do-not-call list.

  4. Assign territory

Tap “Assign territory” to give it to one publisher, some publishers or a service group.

  5. Working the territory

Publishers write down when they start working and when they finish the territory. If they need a new one, they can ask for a territory.

  6. Territory overview

The territory servant see the overview: how many territories are given out and free, which ones stay out a long time, coverage and requests.

  7. The S-13 record

Make the Territory assignment record (S-13) as a PDF for a service year or any range of dates.
