Ministry Assistant 2 is a free app for Jehovah's Witnesses that helps publishers and pioneers plan and record their field service: hours, Bible studies, return visits, territories, Bible reading and the monthly report. It runs on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android, works offline and is available in 59 languages. Congregations can also use it for meeting programs, assignments and public witnessing.
Yes. Core features are free, including local backups and backups to your own Google Drive or iCloud. Optional donations support development. Sync between devices and cloud backup on your Ministry Assistant account require an active subscription because they incur service costs.
Record your ministry during the month in the calendar or with the timer. The app adds up the month for you: whether you shared in the ministry, your Bible studies and, for pioneers, your hours. Send the report as a message in a couple of taps or, if your congregation uses the app, straight to your group overseer, encrypted end to end.
Yes. Choose your role — publisher, auxiliary pioneer (15 or 30 hours), regular or special pioneer — and the app shows your progress toward the monthly and service-year goal and how many hours are still needed. LDC hours can be recorded separately, and auxiliary pioneer months can be set without changing your role.
Yes. With the congregation plan, elders and ministerial servants prepare meeting programs, assignments, public witnessing shifts, territories and reports, and every publisher sees their part in the app — or through a simple link, without installing anything. Everything is encrypted end to end. The plan costs $29.99 a year per congregation, the first 60 days are free, and the personal features stay free.
By default, data stays on your device. If you enable backup or sync, data may also be stored in the cloud according to the options you choose.
Yes. You can record ministry and use most features without an internet connection. Sync happens when you are back online.
