Ministry Assistant 2

Terms of Use

Effective date: September 27, 2026. By using Ministry Assistant (the "App") — on a phone, in a browser or through a congregation's links — you agree to these terms.

1. The App

Ministry Assistant is an independent helper app for keeping ministry-related records and organising a congregation's work. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society or any congregation. It is provided by Codivine Sp. z o.o.

2. Account and encryption password

Some features (synchronisation, friends, congregation, the browser version) need an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and encryption password safe. We do not know that password and cannot recover it — without the password or the recovery code, encrypted data cannot be read.

3. Free features, subscriptions and donations

The core features are free. The PRO subscription and the congregation plan are paid; they are bought through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in the store settings. Each person gets a one-time 60-day free period of the congregation plan. When the congregation plan expires, the congregation becomes read-only. If a congregation stays without a plan for 12 months (6 months if it only ever had the free period), it is deleted together with its files — the owner and administrators are notified 30 days in advance, and renewing the plan stops this. After a congregation is handed over to another owner, the plan keeps renewing from the account it was bought with. Donations are voluntary and give no extra rights.

4. Congregation

A congregation's owner and administrators decide whom they invite, which permissions they grant and what content (including about people without the app) they enter. They are responsible for having a basis for it and for complying with the law of their country — sections that may not be kept can be turned off in the settings. They also decide what can be opened in a browser through links and whether signing in is required. Requests for substitutes, shift sign-ups and answers to links change the congregation's schedule; the person who sends or accepts them is responsible for their content.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping backups. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, uninstalling the App, losing the encryption password or not having a backup.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorised access to systems or other people's data, disrupt the service, or use the App for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.

7. Availability and changes

We try to keep the App running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it. Features may change. We will announce significant changes to paid features in advance.

8. Liability

The App is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of data in the App. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.

9. Platform terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
