Territories

Territory cards with their holders, assigning territories, records kept by publishers and the S-13 record.

Step by step

  1. Territory cards

Territories shows the territory cards with who holds each one and since when. Publishers see their own cards and their group's cards.

  2. Add territories

Import maps from a KML, KMZ or GeoJSON file, or a list from a spreadsheet, or add territories one by one.

  3. Open a card

A card shows the territory on the map, who holds it, the dates and the do-not-call list.

  4. Assign a territory

Tap Assign a territory to give it to one publisher, several publishers or a service group.

  5. Working the territory

Publishers record when they start working and when they complete the territory. If they need a new one, they can ask for a territory.

  6. Territory overview

The territory servant sees the overview: how many territories are assigned and free, which have been out a long time, coverage and requests.

  7. The S-13 record

Create the Territory assignment record (S-13) as a PDF for a service year or any range of dates.
