The Ministry Assistant app was created to help users plan and record their field ministry activity, take notes, and manage reports and goals. We respect the privacy of our users and ensure that all data is processed securely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Data Collected
The app does not collect any personal data other than what the user voluntarily enters, such as: • time spent in ministry, • notes and reports, • list of people visited, • personal goals. All data is stored locally on the user’s device. If the user enables backups (for example, synchronization through a Google or iCloud account, or Firebase cloud backup), the data may also be stored in the cloud according to the privacy policies of those platforms.
3. Access to Data
User data: • is not shared with third parties, • is not analyzed or sold, • is not transmitted to the app developer’s servers except when the user explicitly enables cloud backup or account features. The user has full control over their data and may delete it at any time, for example by: • deleting notes within the app, • uninstalling the app from the device, • deleting their account when signed in.
4. App Permissions
The app may request access to: • device storage — to read or write local data (e.g., backups), • contacts — optional, for friend invitations, • location — optional, for features that use it, • notifications — optional reminders, • Google / Apple / iCloud account — if the user enables sign-in or synchronization. This access is used solely for app functionality and not for any other purpose.
5. Data Security
Local data is stored on the user’s device. Cloud features use providers such as Firebase, Google, or Apple according to the options you enable. Users are encouraged to make regular backups to prevent data loss in case of device damage or loss.
6. Your Rights
