Terms of Use
Effective date: September 27, 2026. When you use Ministry Assistant (the "App") — for phone, for browser or through congregation links — you agree to these terms.
1. The App
Ministry Assistant na independent helper app to keep records wey concern preaching work and to organise the work of congregation. E no get any connection with the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society or any congregation and dem no approve am. Codivine Sp. z o.o. provide am.
2. Account and encryption password
Some features (synchronisation, friends, congregation, the browser version) need account. You de responsible to keep your account and encryption password safe. We no know that password and we no fit recover am — without the password or the recovery code, nobody fit read encrypted data.
3. Free features, subscriptions and donations
The main features na free. The PRO subscription and the congregation plan dem de pay for them; dem de buy them through App Store or Google Play and dem de renew automatically until you cancel for the store settings. Each person de get one-time 60-day free period of the congregation plan. When the congregation plan expire, the congregation go become only to read. If congregation stay without plan for 12 months (6 months if e only ever get the free period), dem go delete am together with its files — dem go notify the owner and administrators 30 days before, and if you renew the plan e go stop this. After dem hand over congregation to another owner, the plan go continue to renew from the account wey dem use buy am. Donations na voluntary and e no give extra rights.
4. Congregation
The owner and administrators of congregation de decide who dem go invite, which permissions dem go give and which content (including about people wey no get the app) dem go enter. Dem de responsible to get basis for am and to obey the law of their country — you fit turn off sections wey dem no allow to keep for the settings. Dem de decide too wetin people fit open for browser through links and if sign in must. Requests for substitutes, shift sign-ups and answers to links de change the congregation schedule; the person wey send or accept them de responsible for their content.
5. Your responsibility
You de responsible for the accuracy of the data wey you enter and to keep backups. We no de liable for data loss wey come because device spoil, because you uninstall the App, because you lose the encryption password or because you no get backup.
6. Acceptable use
No misuse the App, no try to enter systems or other people data without permission, no disturb the service, or use the App for things wey against the law. We fit suspend or remove account wey break these rules.
7. Availability and changes
We de try make the App de work without break, but we no fit guarantee am. Features fit change. We go announce important changes to paid features before.
8. Liability
Dem provide the App as e be. As far as the law allow, we no de liable for indirect damages or for the result of decisions wey people make because of data for the App. Nothing for these terms de limit the rights wey you get as consumer.
9. Platform terms
